Services I Provide
Shopping Support
Support to shop independently, including accompanying someone to the shops, completing shopping on their behalf, and helping to unpack and put items away at home.
Errands
Assistance with day-to-day errands, either by supporting people to complete them themselves or running errands on their behalf.
Appointments
Transport to appointments, with calm and reassuring support during appointments if required.
Accessing Social Activities
Support to attend social groups, activities, and events, helping people stay connected and engaged within their local community.
Companionship
Friendly visits for conversation and company, or sitting with someone to allow carers time for themselves.
Trips Out
Support to enjoy trips out and visits to places of interest, tailored to individual needs and interests.
Life Administration & Correspondence Support
Help with sorting, understanding, and responding to correspondence, alongside practical support with home organisation and paperwork.
Digital Skills Support
Patient support using phones, tablets, and computers, including learning new skills and accessing online services.
Hoarding Support
Sensitive, non-judgmental support for people experiencing hoarding behaviors, working at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
